What's the minimum storage period?
There's no meaningful minimum — some customers store for two weeks between flats. Billing is monthly, so short gaps between homes are exactly what the service is for.
Can I access my goods while they're in storage?
Yes, with a day's notice so we can locate your inventory and arrange access. If you only need one or two items back, we can retrieve and deliver just those.
Are stored goods insured?
Goods are inventoried on entry and covered while in the facility. For high-value items, tell us at booking so the coverage and packing match what's being stored.
