What we collect
When you request a quote or book a move, we collect the details needed to do the job: your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and delivery addresses, your preferred moving date, and the inventory details you share with us (home size, item lists, photos if you send them).
If you browse the site without contacting us, we collect only standard technical data — pages visited and general analytics — not your identity.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare your estimate, plan and execute your move, send booking confirmations and move-day updates, and issue your invoice. If you asked for a quote but didn't book, we may follow up about that quote.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people needed to complete your move — for example, the crew assigned to your job or a destination partner on an intercity or international relocation — and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law (GST records must be kept for the statutory period). Quote enquiries that never become bookings are cleared from active use after a reasonable follow-up window.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct your details, stop follow-up contact, or delete information we're not legally required to retain. The fastest way is to call or email us using the contact details below.
