Bike Transportation, Done Properly

A bike is the easiest thing to damage in a move and the most annoying to repair — one loose strap and you're hunting for a replacement fairing in a new city. So we treat every two-wheeler the same way, from a daily-commute Activa to a superbike.

The bike is wrapped in layers: corrugated sheet over the body, extra padding on the tank and mirrors, and the whole machine strapped upright inside a closed carrier so it can't shift or tip. Fuel is drained to the minimum, the battery is disconnected, and the condition is photographed before loading.

At the other end, you check the bike against the pickup photos before signing off. Insurance covers the journey, and the carrier's GPS lets you follow it between cities.

How is the bike protected in transit?

It's packed in corrugated sheet and bubble wrap with extra padding on the tank, mirrors, and indicators, then strapped upright in a closed carrier. It cannot move, so it cannot get scratched.

Do I need to empty the fuel tank?

Bring it down to reserve or near-empty. Our team drains the rest before packing — carriers require minimal fuel for safety, and it's part of the standard checklist.

Can you transport a high-end or vintage bike?

Yes. Superbikes and vintage machines get the same process with added crating where the geometry needs it. Tell us the model when you ask for a quote so we plan the packing accordingly.
